The Career Centre has recently launched a new and improved full-service career and experiential learning portal called Experience York. It is your one-stop-shop for searching for and applying to a wide range of full-time, part-time, work/study, summer, volunteer and experiential learning opportunities. It is also your tool for registering for workshops, booking appointments and participating in activities designed to connect you with employers or alumni. Digital Media Showcase. Every year course directors select the best interactive installations, objects and games from each Digital Media course to be included in the showcase. Opening reception is Monday, April 8 from2 to 4 p.m., but the showcase remains open until Wednesday, April 10, 12 to 4 p.m. daily in the Transmedia Lab & Art and Technology Learning Lab, 102 Accolade West Building and in the Transmedia Lab, 102 & 103 Accolade West Building. Admission is free!

Study Abroad Course: Learning from Los Angeles. Study in Los Angeles this summer from June 1 to June 20 and learn about LA’s urban geography and cultural history and its special connection to the film, media and entertainment industry.
