ICYMI

  • The last day to add a course for the S2 Term with permission from the instructor is June 28.

  • The last day to drop a course in the SU Term without receiving a grade is June 28.

  • The SU Course Withdrawal Period runs from June 29 to July 29.

  • Please submit your Fall OSAP application and all required documents by June 30 to receive your funds at the beginning of the Fall term.

  • Canada Day: Monday, July 1 is a national holiday. The University is closed.

Out & About On Campus

  • National Indigenous Peoples Day, the President’s Message: York University is proud to join communities across the country in celebrating the culture and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. June is also National Indigenous History Month, and during this time, we honour the history, heritage and diversity of Indigenous Peoples. Read more of the President’s message here.

  • Regenesis YUM Summer Market is here! Join Regenesis at their Summer Market to pick up some fresh, locally-sourced foods and products! Wednesday, June 26, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Student Counselling & Development (SCD) wants your help with a Mural Painting! SCD is looking to enhance their reception area with a mural that reflects their values of mental wellbeing, diversity and inclusion. The student(s) responsible for the selected submission will be given the materials necessary to create their mural. Upon completion of the mural, a $250 stipend will be paid to the student(s). Submission period opens Monday, June 24 at 9 a.m. and closes Wednesday, July 31 at 5 p.m.

  • Workshop: You’ve Got Skills & Self Reflection. Attend this workshop to identify and articulate your skills and accomplishments!   • Changes to Parking/Outstanding Tickets: Effective July 15, 2019, the University will be changing its campus parking enforcement process to improve efficiency, effectiveness and fairness to everyone using York U’s parking operations. Before the new process takes effect, the University is offering individuals with outstanding tickets an opportunity to settle their accounts by way of a ticket relief program, available until September 2019.
