  • The Centre invites you to register for Consent Week at York U events, running until Friday, Oct. 8. Visit the webpage and sign up for panel discussions, sessions and events and help raise awareness and be part of the conversation about consent at York.

  • Health Education Workshops

    Workshop: Sexual Health 101. Join this session and learn more about sexual health, consent and safe sex. This workshop is open and welcoming to all levels of knowledge and experience. Wednesday, Oct. 6, 10 to 11 a.m. Registration required.

    Workshop: Meal Planning on a Budget. In this workshop, you'll learn about healthier food options, tips on how to compare nutrition labels and easier ways to plan your meals on student-friendly budget. Thursday, Oct. 7, noon to 1 p.m. Registration required.

Careers Support

  • Looking for Student Success Mentees. If you are not a Work/Study student but have an on- or off-campus part-time job, volunteer, leadership, student club or team experience, sign up on the Student Success Mentorship program application and complete the Becoming YU program. Understand and articulate what you’ve gained from your experiences, skills, and accomplishments and earn a certificate of completion. Application deadline: Sunday, Oct. 10.

    City of Toronto Career Panel - diverCity at Work: Persons with Disabilities. This career panel is geared towards students with disabilities.
