    • Pride Month. York celebrates and shows support to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community by learning about the history, culture and contributions that they have made to Canadian society. The York community must continue to stand against homophobia and all forms of discrimination and racism to ensure that everyone feels a sense of belonging.     • Indexing Resistance: The Blood and Guts of Queer Protest Symposium. Explore the diversity of resistance and protest in queer communities in Canada through this two-day symposium, which focuses on untold, overlooked or forgotten histories. Thursday, June 23 to 24, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lula Lounge, 1685 Dundas Street West. Registration required.
       
    • Sex on the Couch – Pride Edition. Learn to navigate the world of 2SLGBTQIA+ sexual health, consent, healthy relationships, sexually transmitted infections and practices for safer sex. Thursday, June 23, 3:30 to 5 p.m. Registration required.
       
    • Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy to Address Canadian Students. The Ukrainian Embassy has invited York University students to participate in President Zelenskyy’s virtual address to Canadian students. Following the President’s remarks, there will be a Q & A session. Wednesday, June 22, 9:45 a.m. Registration required.

    • C4: The Cross-Campus Capstone Classroom. Learn about the C4: Cross Campus Capstone Classroom that provides an opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams on real-world challenges with social impact.
