* CORRECTION NOTICE * A previous email about upcoming vaccine clinics, sent on Monday, Aug. 15, included an error on the days of the first clinics on Keele campus. The dates for the first clinics on Keele Campus are on Wednesday, Aug. 17 to Thursday, Aug. 18. Updated clinic time and locations can be found on the Better Together website. Upcoming Vaccination Clinics. York will be hosting a series of vaccine clinics across its campuses throughout August and September. Clinics will provide COVID-19 and other vaccines that may have been missed due to the pandemic. Vaccines are free for everyone and details on how to access them can be found on the website.

Scheduled eClass Outage. eClass will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, Aug. 24 from 5 to 7 a.m. If you have any questions, contact askit@yorku.ca.
Google Apps at York has a new 50 GB storage limit. Accounts over the 50 GB limit will have limited access and ability to send and receive emails. Use Google Takeout to export and back up your data regularly.
Student Accounts Lifecycle. If you will no longer be enrolled in courses at York, your student computing accounts will enter an expiry process. Ensure that you have downloaded and backed up your files onto your own personal devices. For more information, visit the UIT website.
Complete the Student Equity & Diversity Census. Take five minutes and complete the survey to help build a more inclusive community. By better understanding you – who you are and how you identify – we can provide targeted services, resources and supports to our community’s equity-deserving groups. Fill out the survey when you enrol in your classes this fall.

Mature & Transfer Student Virtual Orientation. Build connections with other students, get tips on how to be a successful student learner and find out about available resources at the upcoming orientation. Thursday, Aug. 18, 5 to 7 p.m. Registration required.

Student Accessibility Services. Do you require disability-related academic accommodations for the fall term? Register with Student Accessibility Services by following the three-step process on the Register with Us page on our website. Students who are registered will be able to access upcoming workshops that will assist students with disabilities with a smooth transition to post-secondary. Students should note that they need to register as soon as possible in order to be set up for September.

Resumé & Cover Letter Writing Webinar. Find out how to effectively target your resumé and cover letter. Present your experiences, education and skills in a way that showcases your assets and piques employers' interest in you. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2 to 3:30 p.m. Register through Experience York.

Pre-Arrival Webinar: Travelling to Canada. Learn about what to expect at the airport when you arrive, how to get from the airport to York University or to other parts of Toronto, current COVID-19 entry requirements and what to pack! Monday, Aug. 22, 9 to 10 a.m. Registration required.
