FYI

    • Google Apps at York has a new 50 GB storage limit. Accounts over the 50 GB limit will have limited access and ability to send and receive emails. Use Google Takeout to export and back up your data regularly.
       
    • Student Accounts Lifecycle. If you will no longer be enrolled in courses at York, your student computing accounts will enter an expiry process. Ensure that you have downloaded and backed up your files onto your own personal devices. For more information, visit the UIT website.
       
    • Due to the high volume of inquiries, the YU-Card office is currently at maxed capacity for Photo Upload Service & YU-card Mail Delivery. They have temporarily paused online services, but in-person service is still available at their office in William Small Centre 222 .
       
    • The Office of the University Registrar’s (OUR) Student Advisory Committee (SAC) applications are now open! Apply now for the SAC, which brings together students with diverse backgrounds and experiences to share their thoughts on OUR projects, policies and initiatives. Build your leadership skills, community connections and be a positive force for strengthening your student services. Application Deadline: Friday, September 30.
