Well-being and YU Podcast

Our digital wellness can have a huge impact on how we feel offline, both physically and mentally. But what can you do when screens are unavoidable? In this episode, Dr. Roxanne Cohen from the Young Lives Research Lab explains what digital well-being can look like for students and what to do when you need to unplug.
